Kate Caswell is the Client Service Manager for Robbins Farley, LLC, responsible for creating a positive and thorough client service experience to current and future clients.

 

As a seasoned veteran of banking and investment operations, Kate joined Robbins Farley in June 2018 looking to pivot to a client-facing role. With passionate intensity, she works as a client advocate to ensure requests are accurately and efficiently processed by our custodians and partners. She brings the same intensity to ensuring our client on-boarding process is seamless and as client-friendly as possible. Careful to consider each client’s needs, Kate is skilled in developing personalized service to each of our clients.  

 

Prior to Robbins Farley, Kate worked for a Portsmouth-based financial advisor as the Investment Systems Manager with responsibilities ranging from account maintenance and reconciliation to database management, trading, and client communications. Before joining the investment management world, Kate worked for Citizens Bank where she spent seven years progressing through a variety of operational positions. Her responsibilities included daily account reconciliation, employee training, and a multitude of independent projects.

 

In her free time, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and her four-legged soulmate, Astrid the German Shepherd Dog. Coming from a long line of coaches, Kate loves to give back to her community in the same manner, coaching soccer, softball, and basketball through various programs.  In the off seasons, Kate and her family can often be found at their local video game retailer, any Marvel Cinematic Universe release, or concert.
